Cancellation + No-Show
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the scheduled service.) If you need to reschedule, you can do so by phone. Email and social media messages are not acceptable. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
