Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time at Willow Boutique Med Spa is reserved especially for you. Because each appointment reserves dedicated time for you with one of our providers, late cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that we are often unable to fill on short notice.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as appointments missed without notice, are subject to a fee based on the total amount of provider time reserved:
Less than 30 minutes: $25
30 minutes to less than 90 minutes: $75
90 minutes or longer: $100
For appointments containing multiple services, the fee is based on the total amount of time reserved for the appointment, rather than each individual service.
Packages, Prepaid Services & Complementary Treatments
Appointments booked using a package session, prepaid treatment, promotional service, complementary treatment, or treatment credit are still subject to our cancellation policy. In certain circumstances, the treatment or credit may be forfeited (at the patient’s request) in place of the applicable cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive 15 minutes late, we will likely need to reschedule to safely and appropriately perform your treatment.
If your appointment must be rescheduled due to a late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply.
Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that true emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. Exceptions may be made at Willow Boutique Med Spa’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Card on File
A valid card on file is required. By scheduling an appointment with Willow Boutique Med Spa, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy and authorize Willow Boutique Med Spa to charge the applicable cancellation or no-show fee to the card on file when the policy applies.
