Ali has been a nurse for 15 years and advanced practice nurse (CRNA) providing anesthesia for 10 years.

She brings a unique quality to your medical aesthetics journey with her love for empowering women, creative eye, and extensive anatomy & physiology knowledge (aka science nerd). Ali aims to provide you with the same high-quality care that she has given her patients in the operating room with an added flare of fun & all things beauty!

Amanda Udowski

Office Coordinator

Amanda is an Avon native who is currently in her dog-mom era! While she has worn many hats throughout the years, she was most recently a receptionist at a veterinary clinic. Amanda has been an integral part of our team in getting the newest location up and running and is so excited to bring her clinical/office coordination to Willow!

Karissa Jensen

Karissa has been a nurse for over 5 years and certified nurse midwife (CNM) for 1 year.

Whether she’s delivering babies or working on your aesthetic goals, Karissa loves helping women and guiding them through some of their most vulnerable moments!

Kristina Nehas

Injector | Registered Nurse

Kristina has experience in med-surg, oncology, and research and is currently a student working on her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Her passion shifted when she discovered medical aesthetics and loves the continuous learning that is involved.

Kristina’s goal is to create a calm, comforting, and empowering experience. One of her favorite quotes is “In art, less is more”. She considers this quote at the forefront of her injection practice and style!
